Inner Brain Secrets
Theta Brain Waves are the second slowest frequency of brain waves. They often cycle at a rate of 4-7 times per 2nd ( 4 Hz - 7 Hz ). Theta Brain Waves have for some time been associated with early stages of sleep and the method of dreaming. Theta Brain Waves are of high amplitude and often kick in when you experience tough surges of emotion. Theta Waves have been associated with states of reinforced creativity, Super Learning, deeper relaxation, day-dreaming, and sleep-dream activity.

It's been discovered that folk with smaller in comparison to average amounts of theta brain waves have trouble relating and empathizing with other human beings. They just don't have as much emotion and aren't able to create emotional bonds with other people. Each time that you experience a surpassing emotion, whether it be contentment, sadness, or powerful hate, you are connecting with your theta.

Unfortunately, when some people's brains aren't able to naturally regulate theta, they may experience attention-deficit issues. People that have attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder will sometimes be found to have abnormally large amounts of slow theta brain waves. This is not a bad thing at all, but it can impair their capability to turn off powerful emotions.

Often times we get so involved in fast-brainwave states like everybody else that our creativity becomes blocked or trapped inside. We won't seem to believe new solutions to worrying issues that have existed for awhile. Fortunately for folks low in theta brain waves, there are great exercises and tools that may be used to increase them.

The way our mind works is that it rotates during the day between various brainwave states. When you're stressed, you have a lot of beta waves and when you are relaxed, you have more alpha waves. If you are feeling extraordinarily emotional on a consistent basis, that's because you've got a lot of theta brain waves. Almost all of the time, these brainwaves help us work out what we should do in life by guiding our actions. To increase the quantity of theta waves that you constantly experience, you can practice certain kinds of meditation or find a way to chill as terribly as possible. When you relax intensely you will be able to experience a climbing up of emotions and hence the theta brain wave.
